Light & Easy Trip To Medan - Three Is Never A Crowd!

“In your life you meet people. Some you never think about again. Some, you wonder what happened to them. There are some that you wonder if they ever think about you. And then there are some that you wish you never have to think about again. But you do.”― C.S. Lewis

We (myself, Zu & Fazni) had a fun-tastic trip to Medan on Jan 11th. I'd say this trip was one of the best weekend gateway I needed. A close friend of mine, Diklie used to say "great food, great company, great conversation" always make your day! Well, you could never go wrong there. It was indeed a very interesting 3-Days 2-Nights trip for three of us.

I had never imagined our unplanned trip could be as captivating as this but never doubt what your Creator has planned for you. Just go with it and see how it affects you and sometimes makes you see things differently and respect the differences of others, and without you even realize it you might change into a different person.

In fact, that is how the process is done for you to be a better person. All you need to do is just give yourself some space to relax and rewind and let loose!

THESE ARE WHAT I LEARNT AND BROUGHT BACK FROM MEDAN;

We, as human beings always make the mistakes of

i. judging others, thinking we are better crowd than them
ii. not respecting the unique differences others have, without realizing that we are sometimes also weirdos
iii. not understanding why people behave the way they do, while claiming we are so much advanced in every aspects of lives and yet how shallow we become & lastly
iv. not giving ourselves the chance to get to know new people and jumping to the wrong conclusions, hence we end up missing a  lot of good things and new opportunities in life!

So, boys and girls lets not make the same mistakes here
lets layan some pics below

food festival, we the hard-core makan trio enjoyed best the nelayan restaurant that serves variety of indonesian best foods - mission accomplished!

We stayed at Aryaduta Hotel which I booked through booking.com, the best and the cheapest hotel online booking. I wrote a review of the hotel at booking.com website that I'd like to share with you;
